We are a NHS Talking Therapies Service provided by South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust. 

We offer talking therapies for people in Gateshead who are experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and/or depression. 

English not your first language? Please contact your GP and ask them to refer you in to the service, detailing your needs. Translation and interpretation support is available for your appointments.

Monday to Friday 9am until 4.45pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
