Acts of kindness

When we do things for others that show kindness then this can help the other person feel better and may help to make the world a happier place. 

During the month of November  you might want to think about doing something kind for someone else. Try to help others once a day for a week and see if it makes a difference in how you  feel. What could you do for others?

Notice what kind things that other people has done for you- how did it make you feel?

Be kind to yourself too!

How could you be kind to yourself?

Ideas:
​​​​​​​You may wish to make a Kindness Flower. You draw a flower and note an act of kindness in each flower petal that you can do for others. When you show kindness to others – notice how that makes you feel.
You may also wish to write down in another flower, what kindness others have shown you. How does it make you feel when others have been kind to you?

You may wish to make a Gratitude Jar where you think about anything that you are grateful for and write it down on a card and place it in your jar.

How does it make you feel when you can see all the many things that you are grateful for?
