The team will have a stall at the Melissa Bus. Come along for some advice and free resources on low mood, anxiety and stress. 

We will also be helping people think about 5 ways to wellbeing - ways to keep us mentally healthy by: 

  1. connect- with other people, speaking with others, seeing people, joining a group, phoning or texting someone 

  2. being active- doing some exercise that you enjoy, going for a walk, a cycle 

  3. taking notice -of things around us, sounds, smells, colours, nature etc 

  4. keep learning -something new or a new skill

  5. give- compliment smile, thanks help etc
