Training overview, dates and locations
This workshop is for professionals in Gateshead working with children and young people, and will cover:
•To understand how anxiety presents in children and anxiety
•To consider ways to cope with anxiety in the school environment
•To understand the link between thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviour
•To consider what steps you can take to promote an anxiety free environment
•To develop a tool kit of CBT skills
