It’s good to talk!

When we hit a rough patch in life we can often get through it with support from friends, family or colleagues. There can be times when this doesn’t feel as though it’s working, or you don’t know who to turn to. Talking therapies are there to help people through these difficult times in life.

What does Talking Therapy involve?

All our therapies are confidential. Attending every session will help you to get the best results. If you do experience any difficulties in attending, we would be happy to look at ways we can support you with this.

During your therapy sessions, you will be able to explore the issues which are important to you, and we will set some goals to work towards. We will work together to identify some changes and will look at how you can put these into practise. We monitor your symptoms at each session, using recommended questionnaires, and regularly carry out reviews to ensure we are helping you to feel better.
