We offer both group or one to one treatment.
Evidence based research shows that group interventions have a significant impact on young people’s mental health. We have developed and extended our group offer so that we can support as many young people and their families in Sunderland through group support.
If we feel that a group is the best treatment following assessment, we will talk you through the programme and ask you to complete our group treatment agreement.
Our groups run between 7 to 15 weeks in which time we build strong relationships with our young people and their families. We see excellent recovery rates at the end of a group intervention.
