How to make a referral
We do not accept self-referrals into our service.
If you have concerns about a young person’s mental health, you can approach their school, your GP or any other health professionals who may be working with you, for example a Health Visitor or School Nurse. They can then refer you into our service.
Our teams work in 3 parts of the city so you can come to the one closest to you:
Valley Road Academy, Hendon
Southwick Community Primary, Southwick
Wessington Primary School, Washington
