Following the initial appointment, further appointments will be arranged if required. We may need to talk to other professionals working with you or your family, for example School or Early Help.
We will always ask for your consent before we contact other professionals. Information is only shared on a need-to-know basis.
When the assessment is completed, we will discuss with you our understanding of what is going on and what might help.
We will agree a plan of support and treatment together with you.
